Bernardo Moya - Managing Director
Born and brought up until I was 9 in London. From there moved to Marbella with my parents where I completed my education until I was 18 years of age. Real estate license and first real estate agency set up in 1989. More than 10 year experience in tourist and real estate sector where I worked as a public relations and sales executive. For more than 5 year Sales and Marketing manager for a very well established UK/Irish company in one of the best and most reputable resorts in the Costa del Sol. More than 5 years experience in construction and development in own building company, from which iPropetyGroup was set up in 2001.

I have always lived in Marbella and I know the province of Malaga very well. Sorry… you may disagree but I don’t think there are many places better to live.

I am married to Julia my english wife with who I have 2 boys one girl. My hobbies are reading, motorbikes, squash and action sports.

Sales Department

This involves managing the Customer service team and the sales team. In addition i look after the recruitment and development of all the people within these departments.

I have been working within the Spanish real estate sector for 4 years at a managerial level covering all the key coast lines.

Away from work I love the great outdoors, especially in Spain which can be a much dryer experience to the UK! I love to travel and have visited over forty countries around the world. During the winter months here I ski at Sierra Nevada most weekends and in the summer can be found on the beach with the rose girls.............so named as we are seldom seen without a bottle of rose wine!!

Previously worked as a Budget Manager in the NHS, at Milton Keynes Hospital. Prior to that I spent many years as Assistant to the Financial Director in a computer company. This I did whilst bringing up my daughters.

I "retired" to Spain 4 years ago to enjoy the sun and the Spanish way of life! I enjoy music, travelling, eating out and spending time with my family and friends, both here and in the UK.

I'm told that I am a born organiser and a good listener, a half decent Mum and a "Cool" Grandma!!

I was born in Latvia where my family still live. I left there quite young, worked in the UK for 2 years and found Spain was a lot nicer place to live and the food far better. I was educated in Latvia and achieved bachelor degree in Economics and finance, which I have found helps me in my position with Interactive Property Group.

I am hard working and overcome situations, resolving them quickly and efficiently. I do believe business starts with your clients, if my clients are happy, I am happy. I am an ambitious and a self-motivated person, and enjoy the friendliness of our office, where I can find help and support of my colleagues at any time. My main role is dealing with international agents, creating a network providing our clients and vendors with a wide selection of properties and clients world wide.
I love to travel, enjoy my food and have a passion for walking and active sport. My hobbies are floristry, callanetics and reading. I do miss my family, but we get to visit each other a few times a year. My boyfriend is very supportive, so it does fulfill that gap.

Admin and Accounts

María de Mar Domínguez - Admin / Account
I studied Administration and Accounts. When I graduated, I focused my background in these fields. I have also attended some post-graduate courses on rural tourism management.

I am now dealing with the company administration and accounts, a job I enjoy thanks to the latest technologies we have at our disposal at Interactive Property Group.

I spend my spare time on rural tourism, traveling around the traditional Andalusia villages, where I love to learn their history, always with friends, on good companionship.

Carlos Cecilla - Property Database Admin
My position here involves keeping the database updated, making sure the information on the properties in our Data Base is right and uploading the best pictures of the properties. I also arrange viewing tour with properties vendors and update any new information on properties.

Regarding my life after work I enjoy Sports, like Paddle tennis and Soccer 2 or 3 evenings per week. Apart from that, at weekends, I take my children for a walk on the countryside and the sport centre. They don't really give you a rest.
