As a standard policy iPropertyNET never receives any payments, deposits or reservations from our clients.
The reservation or deposit for your new property will be paid into a Lawyer’s escrow (clients) account. Once our lawyer has reviewed all the paper work and documents regarding the property you are interested in purchasing, only then are funds transferred to the vendor. All reservation fees are 100% refundable for whatever reason up to 21 days (negotiable), depending if it is a resale or a new build.
